Hi,
It is not very clear from the screenshot what the problem is.
However, I would suggest to get the latest version of pgAdmin first (yours
is quite old - v3).
Secondly, shut down pgAdmin from the system tray, go to %APPDATA% directory
(in windows explorer, you can type it and press enter) and remove the
pgAdmin directory.
