-------------------------------------
In pgAdmin3 all the item's children counters (in parenthesis) were showing
one level up when opening the parent node.
In pgAdmin4 if we want to know for example how many tables exist in the
table node or how many columns exist in the table we have to open the
particular node.
The feature implemented In pgAdmin3 was actually very helpfull to know
in-advance if there are child items in nodes with a lot items and not
having to open one by one to see the counter.
In pgAdmin4 this feature is almost useless.
