Lynne,
Could you please try below steps to get your application started:
1. Take a backup of your 'pgadmin4.db' file which is present at the
~/.pgadmin folder.
2. Delete 'pgadmin4.db' file.
3. Relaunch 'pgAdmin4 v6' again.
Let us know if this works for you.
