Try to delete your old pgadmin4 config file,
Linux/Mac:
~/.pgadmin/pgadmin4.db
Windows:
C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Roaming\pgAdmin\pgadmin4.db
Once you delete it, Try to run pgAdmin4.py again it will prompt you to
create new user & password.
