On that page there are quick links - one of them is "Mailing List". That
page provides information about joining, among other things (like Tip #3)
If you have a suggestion for improvement here I recommend you send it to
the mailing list that is dedicated to our website. I agree it has merit,
but also an archive sub-page is an unusual starting point for someone.
Normally they navigate there via the mailing list page I refer to above.
