*PostgresSQL12: Windows 10*

A repeated error message has suddenly appeared:

*"An error occured checking the catalog: *

*Error downloading http://sbp.enterprisedb.com/aIerts.xml
<http://sbp.enterprisedb.com/aIerts.xml> - server replied: Not*

*Found*

*HintPlease check internet connection or proxy server configurations."*

Internet connection is fine and Windows proxy server is set to automatic
and works for all other internet programs.

The enterprisedb link goes to a page with an Nginx error message stating
page not found.

Where do I look and what do I reset?
