Query Editor Connection Timeout

I have a pgadmin4 instance (dpage/pgadmin4 docker image) running behind
nginx and can successfully connect to the database, but after about 60
seconds I begin to get status errors for the connection and the logs show:

Do I need to set additional settings to keep connections alive longer than
60 seconds?
