Re: dblink.sql and Linux

It only shows up when you search for it in lowercase. e.g "postgresql", not
"PostgreSQL".
You could also just use sudo-apt get install postgresql-9.1
postgresql-contrib-9.1 ("postgresql" is a meta-package)
