New Book on PostgreSQL Databases in the Cloud

Jonathan Katz suggested that I post this message to this list. Please let

I just released on a new book on programming cloud applications, which
focuses on PostgreSQL databases, including tutorials on PostgreSQL

I didn't know which lists this would be appropriate to announce on, but
