Certainly, this is something I have received as a comment for couple of
times during the test with my internal team.

Have a look at the below updated mockup now -

*Changes done - *
- I have taken off the dedicated check boxes for '*Revoke*'
- Combined 'Grant and Revoke' in single check box where it has 3 state in it
- Like *Grant* (If checked), *Revoked* (If cross) and *None* (If unchecked)

Do you think the mockup satisfies all the conditions now? Just share your
opinion.
