Well the latest NetBSD/vax package build doesn't seem to include any
PostgreSQL packages
http://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD/vax/6.0_2014Q1/ but I
don't know why.
I'll try a quick (hah :) build this end to see what happens
