I guess you attempted the restore multiple times and hence you are
getting this error. You could try some option to drop the database or
similar, as a resolution. The second error is because a role is missing in
the new server. After creating the table, permissions are granted to roles.
If the roles are missing in the new database, these SQL statements will
fail. Migrate the roles to the new server before creating objects.
