Restart the pgAdmin server, clear the browser cache and try again.
If the above steps doesn't fix your problem, then provide below details.
- pgAdmin logs. To enable it please refer : https://www.pgadmin.org/faq/#8
- If you find any browser console error then attach them also.
- pgAdmin version
