Accesskey specifies the shortcut key(s) to activate/focus an element. For
example, on Linux, it is Alt+Shift, on MacOS it is Ctrl + Alt.
So, if you set the shortcut in pgAdmin 4 *[accesskey] + f * on Linux then
you have to press * Alt+Shift+f* to activate that particular element.
