The links in the "NonFree Repository" section all give HTTP 404 Not found.
It looks as though the correct link is:
https://download.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/reporpms/non-free/EL-7-x86_64/pgdg-redhat-nonfree
-repo-latest.noarch.rpm
