Hello,

We will soon be holding our annual elections for the PostgreSQL Europe
board. This time, Dave Page, Andreas Scherbaum, and Guillaume Lelarge will
be stepping down as they have served their two year terms. They, along with
other members of PostgreSQL Europe are invited to stand for (re)election.

The election timetable is as follows:

* Nominations open: Jan, 13th (Monday)
* Nominations close: Jan, 27th (Monday)
* Voting opens: Feb, 3rd (Monday)
* Voting closes: Feb, 17th (Monday)
* Result announcement: Feb, 18th (Tuesday)

Please review https://www.postgresql.eu/about/elections/ which details how
the elections work, how to vote, and how to nominate a candidate to stand
for election.

NOTE: In order to vote in the election, you must be a paid member of
PostgreSQL Europe at the time of the election (Feb, 3rd - Feb, 17th 2020)
and for at least 4 weeks before the voting begins on Feb, 3rd. See
https://www.postgresql.eu/about/membership/ for information on joining
PostgreSQL Europe. It is recommended that all existing members check their
membership status as soon as possible to ensure it hasn't lapsed.

Thank you,

--
Guillaume, on behalf of the PostgreSQL Europe board.
