pgadmin4 doesn't work since v5.0 on Windows

Hi,

On several servers we're not able to user pgadmin 4 v5.xx
For the v4.xx no problems.
But with the v5.0 to 5.4, if the postgres server"s is not installed on the
same computer, whatever we do we have troubles at the connection.

Each tim I try to launch pg admin ,I got a message like this one.

I'vve seen plenty of threads upon the internet about this issue.
they say to delete the db file, the profil's postgres folder... to
reinstall postgre (witch I do not want to)
Sometimes, it's said to install third applications (I think i ve seen to
install another bdd server :-)

But I can't figure how to solve my problem...

Have you got an idea?
