Request for Editor Privileges

Hi,

I would like to add a tool to this page:
https://wiki.postgresql.org/wiki/Community_Guide_to_PostgreSQL_GUI_Tools

But am getting the following message:

Can someone grant my PostgreSQL USERID: GCarter the necessary privileges?
