Re: BUG #17863: Unable to restore dump 12.12 -> 15.2

Workaround in few steps:
1. *12.12*

> pg_dump -Fc -Z 9 -v -f ./<db_name>_20230322.dmp <db_name>

2. *12.12*

> pg_restore --file=<db_name>_20230322.sql -vOx <db_name>_20230322.dmp

3. *15.2*

> postgres(at)nerva:~$ psql
> psql (15.2 (Ubuntu 15.2-1.pgdg20.04+1))
> Type "help" for help.
> postgres=# \c <db_name>
> You are now connected to database " <db_name>" as user "postgres".

4. *15.2*
