Good Morning Vibhor,

In the top right hand corner there is a link to log in. You need to log in
PostgreSQL: <https://www.postgresql.org/account/auth/5/> then you can edit
it.
Alternatively there is link top middle which points to WikiEditing -
PostgreSQL wiki <https://wiki.postgresql.org/wiki/WikiEditing>
