Currently the jdbc website requires working knowledge of forrest and seems
to be a considerable barrier to entry to making changes.
Just this week the ODBC guys changed their site to be a static site based
on the main site's template http://psqlodbc.projects.pgfoundry.org I am
proposing a similar solution. Dana has offered to take on the task of
changing it over but understandably doesn't want to waste his time if it
won't be used.
