New message pg_dumpall role skiped ???

Our jenkins job is now generating errors due to new warning messages from
pg_dumpall.

We are now seeing the following:

pg_dumpall: role name starting with "pg_" skipped

Looking at the source looks like it was committed back in April.

What was the reason for this and can the messages be suppressed?
