do you mean this thread [1]? but the output is the attached image.png,
which looks more invasive.
also that does not link to git commit url.

or do you mean automate the process, like add
<a href="commit_url">commit</a>
automatically? using perl script, and the output is the same as [2]

or a popup like this kind of
