ALTER TABLE notnull_tbl1 ALTER c0 DROP NOT NULL;
ALTER TABLE notnull_tbl1 ALTER c1 DROP NOT NULL;

"ALTER TABLE notnull_tbl1 ALTER c0 DROP NOT NULL;"
should fail?

I didn't investigate deep enough.
