I distinctly see the pgsql subdirectory in your listing. Usually that is
given a mode 700, although that isn't actually necessary if the actual data
is in the subdirectory under that. So, you're saying then that you cannot
'cd' into this pgsql subdirectory? And that is a mounted filesystem?
