I don't think so. I haven't seen any myself, and I don't think our
monitoring probes have picked them up.
We do see a significantly higher load during "US daytime", so I wonder if
the machine is simply getting overloaded (gitweb is insanely
resouce-consuming).
Have you seen any pattern to when it's happening?
