My name is Renee, and I am the Community and Partnerships Manager at
ChickTech, a nonprofit empowering people of marginalized genders in tech.
It's been a while since we met at Percona Live in Austin, and I wanted to
say I hope you are doing well!

We’re hosting a 3-day virtual conference starting June 20, built for female
& non-binary technologists, with a big focus on DEI. As a small nonprofit,

opportunity to 300-400 high school and early professional attendees.

Quick note! I am located in Central Time and am out of the office on
Fridays. After careful consideration and research, ChickTech now operates
under a 4-day workweek with Fridays off to support employee mental health,
