Hello,

I have noticed the LICENSE file still refers to ZPsycopgDA:

If you prefer you can use the Zope Database Adapter ZPsycopgDA (i.e.,
every file inside the ZPsycopgDA directory) using the ZPL license as
published on the Zope web site, http://www.zope.org/Resources/ZPL.

The ZPsycopgDA directory was dropped in Psycopg 2.5, back in 2012. Can
we drop this paragraph from the license or would it cause a
lawyerstorm?
