Yes, installers are tested for every new release before they are
released. Unfortunately, I am not sure what difference between your
environment and the test environment is responsible for this problem.
My first suggestion would be to check what %TEMP% points to - maybe
it's a nonexistent directory or something like that. The installer is
not going to abort without a reason.
