Re: pgAdmin 4.1.1

Neel (CC'd) is looking into this. I had been assuming it was a QtWebKit
issue, which would go away when we moved to QtWebEngine (which was
committed yesterday), however I'm still seeing some weirdness in this area
(no crash, but the screen goes black and never recovers).
