There's no evidence at all that they're the same issue - and aside
from the Windows one (which is unclear), neither of the others you've
quoted are builds that we would directly support - one is Homebrew,
not our "official" build), and the other is a beta.

Regardless though, it's issues like this - which are in many cases
actually issues in one of the libraries on which pgAdmin is based -
that has caused us to rewrite it from scratch. pgAdmin 4 will ($DEITYs
willing) be released as a beta later today, and I don't expect us to
release any more versions of pgAdmin 3.
