Some clarification, unrelated to the question at hand:

pgAdmin is a community project, however it just so happens that for a few
years (until last month) the entire team of regular contributors work for
EDB, and EDB funds the AWS account that our buildfarm is hosted in.

As of last month, I now work for pgEdge, but I'm still working closely with
the team at EDB on pgAdmin, as well as anyone else who may choose to
contribute.

As Aditya noted downthread, there is no MSI. Our Windows installer is an
EXE.
