I have no idea. I haven't changed my key in a number of years (since
2013). Here's what I see on the master download server:

dpage(at)paxsor:/var/ftp/pgadmin4/v1.3/macos$ gpg --verify
pgadmin4-1.3.dmg.sig pgadmin4-1.3.dmg
gpg: Signature made Tue 07 Mar 2017 12:22:31 PM UTC using RSA key ID 698F1519
gpg: Good signature from "Dave Page <dpage(at)pgadmin(dot)org>"
gpg: aka "Dave Page <pgsnake(at)gmail(dot)com>"
gpg: aka "Dave Page <dpage(at)postgresql(dot)org>"
gpg: aka "Dave Page <dave(dot)page(at)enterprisedb(dot)com>"
