What's in the log file? There's a viewer on the menu attached to the
tray icon. If for some reason you cannot see that, then you should
find files called .pgAdmin4.startup.log and .pgAdmin.<long number>.log
in your home directory. Note the leading dots on those filenames which
hide them in the Finder (I'm assuming you're on a Mac from the
screenshot).
