using 8.0 beta

Hi,

I'm keen to get using the native Windows 8.0 beta but I'm having trouble finding out how to use the client libraries. The release used was via http://techdocs.postgresql.org/guides/Windows and called "postgresql-8.0-beta1-20040809.msi". This does not appear to contain the libpqdll.lib import library for libpq.dll. Please can you help me find these files?
