Well....powerouttage always causes problems.
And since the powerouttage the postgresql on the server running a message
board gets this error again.
Couldn't connect to database make sure you have started postmaster with -i
and so on.

I remember last time when I had installed it I was using the old version of
postgres instead of the new installed version cause they install into
different directories. So I change the directory the database was going to
and walla. But no luck this time.
I checked /etc/rc.d/init.d/postgresql and it says the current version is
7.1? HOW THE HELL?
