Vista Home Premium Installation troubles...

Hello all,

I am [a newbie] trying to install postgres on a machine with a Windows Vista Home Premium OS. All appears to be going well until the very end when it tellme it cannot create user psostgress & rolls back the installation. I get the following error message at the end of my intallation my log file:

Does anyone know what I need to change to make it work?
