PostgreSQL: libpq, win32 build

I can't believe that someone else hasn't seen this problem, so I must be
doing
something very basic, very wrong. getaddrrinfo.c will not compile with:

nmake -f win32.mak

I get the following errors, which make perfect sense to me given the absence
of
these constructs in WIN32. Thanks in advance for the help!!
