There seems to be a problem with one of my databases... Here's an error:

bash-2.05a$ pg_dump activa > activa.psql
pg_dump: [archiver (db)] connection to database "activa" failed: FATAL:
cannot open segment 1 of relation pg_class_relname_nsp_index (target block
589840): No such file or directory

Any ideas what would cause this?
