Codec not available in python: UNICODE

Hi

I wonder if you can help. I am trying to connect to a redshift database through PGAdmin 4 and am getting the error message "Codec not available in python: UNICODE".

Do you happen to know how to fix this issue, or perhaps point me in the right direction?
