Will this be with the new 9.3 features?
Actually this how to do basically what is now available in 9.3 but instead in the earlier version 9.2-. The base code for this actually came from the postgresql.org website, but I have probably double the code adding many more features.

So the goal is to take LFNW on their offer to have a 2-day PostgreSQL mini-conference and LFNW?
Yes we going ahead with our offer last April to LFNW to do a pgtack at this next April's LFNW.
