I haven't touched anything outside of jdbc this month, and before I
committed last night, I redid everything with a fresh clean copy. Also,
I was in the jdbc directory, so it only amended stuff below that point.

Peter, I've seen some changes to preproc.y. Was this to sync back up
with the recent changes in gram.y for the lock table and set
transaction stuff?
