I'm fine with adjusting the mixed-case stuff, but intuitively, I don't
think removing the quotes in this is an improvement:

- GUC_check_errdetail("Conflicting \"datestyle\" specifications.");
+ GUC_check_errdetail("Conflicting DateStyle specifications.");
