Re: Pgadmin III

there is a port of pgadmin3 from bigSQL, support postgresql up to 10.
pgadmin3 in debian buster support also postgesql 10.

what version of pgadmin3 did you use? pgadmin3_1.22 should support
postgresql 9.6.
