Something is definitely off with the list.
I received this back through the list on :

That's about 39 hours I think, and a post I sent on the 28th of
February in repsonse to the XML in PostgreSQL thread i has yet
to show up.
I do continue to receive some posts both on the general & novice
lists a week or more after they were originally sent. Today (3rd
March) I received a few posts dated 23rd February.
This needs to be fixed, it's throwing off the flow.
