I am running PostgreSQL on Windows. The startup type is set to automatic, log on as local system account (allow service to interact with desktop), with recover actions to restart the service, but the service does not start automatically. It is necessary to log on as an administrator to start the service. Is there something else that can be done to ensure that the service will start automatically?

Thanks
