[ experiments... ] bison is happy with "ALL ELEMENTS REFERENCES ..."
as a column constraint, but from the standpoint of English grammar
it's kinda sucky. "ANY ELEMENT REFERENCES ..." would be fine but
that's not the case we're implementing now.
