Yes, from the ODBC Driver Manager, select any PostgreSQL datasource and
click the 'Configure' button (might be slightly different in non-English
language Windows). Click on the Driver button in the 'PostgreSQL Driver
Setup' dialogue, then uncheck the commlog option. Click OK on all open
dialogues and you're done!
