I had perhaps not searched a lot but this is the first tool that I get with
syntax coloring for stored procedures...
It is also one of the only that gets the NOTICE messages.

I think it will really helps for future developments.

My self-written one works pretty well with Postgres:

It's written in Java and should run without problems on Linux.
