Yes! There's a link to it from www.postgres.org.
I'm at work, my Linux stuff is at home, sorry I can't be more precise.
It's free, it's level IV (the best!), and I got it to work nicely
with Red Hat Linux 5.1 and JDK 1.1.6 (or 7? can't remember) on Intel.
